Akwa Baby is African Inspired clothing brand with a passion for promoting the celebration of colour. The believe that if we can encourage our children to love themselves and embrace the things that makes them unique, they will have the confidence to take on the world.

​We created the brand identity alongside a signature fabric pattern which is designed to stand out and spread a positive message. Inspired by Nnenna Emily’s Nigerian heritage and the African art of storytelling textiles, the clothing carries symbols to represent affirmations and positive messages of self-belief and love.
